Why teams switch

A VPS is cheap. Running one shouldn't cost you your weekends.

BeforeSSH in at 2 a.m.

Pull the code, rebuild, restart, hope. Find out it broke from a customer.

With DeployCodeOne button, with a safety net

Every release is health-checked. If it fails, the previous one is put back automatically.

BeforeA platform bill per app

Each new service, worker and database adds another line to the invoice.

With DeployCodeOne flat price, your hardware

Run as many apps as your server can hold. You pay your host for the machine and us for the software.

BeforeNginx, certbot, Compose, cron

A pile of config that one person understands and nobody wants to touch.

With DeployCodeA plan you read and approve

We analyze the repository and show exactly what will run. Nothing deploys until you say so.

How it works

From empty server to live app in five steps.

The first time takes a few minutes. After that, deploying is a single click.

1

Connect your server

Run one command on the VPS. A small agent installs and connects out to DeployCode. No ports to open.

2

Pick a repository

Connect GitHub and choose which repositories to share. Access is read-only.

3

Review the plan

See the detected framework, services, ports and variables. Edit anything, then approve.

4

Deploy

Scanned, built in a sandbox, started and health-checked on your server while you watch the log.

5

Add your domain

Point DNS at the server. The HTTPS certificate is issued and renewed automatically.

That is the whole setup.

What you get

Everything a platform gives you, on a machine you own.

🔍

It reads your repo so you don't write config

Framework, language version, start command, port, database and cache are detected. Already have a Dockerfile or Compose file? We use yours.

# detected
✓ Ruby on Rails 8 · Ruby 3.3
✓ PostgreSQL · Redis · Sidekiq worker
✓ port 3000 · health check /up
🛡️

A security gate before every release

Code, committed secrets, dependencies and the built image are scanned on your server. Critical findings stop the deploy until someone with authority decides.

# security gate
● 3 critical in base image → blocked
✓ 0 committed secrets
override recorded in the audit log
🔒

HTTPS without thinking

Certificates from Let's Encrypt, issued and renewed automatically for every domain you add.

↩️

Rollback in one click

Recent releases stay on your server. Go back to one without touching your data.

🗄️

Databases included

PostgreSQL and Redis are set up on a private network with generated passwords. Never exposed to the internet.

💾

Backups you can restore

Snapshot the database and files on demand or on a schedule, and restore from the dashboard. Stored on your own server.

📜

Live logs and metrics

Search application logs and watch CPU, memory and disk without opening a terminal.

🔑

Secrets kept secret

Environment variables are encrypted and masked. They never appear in logs or the dashboard.

👥

Built for teams

Owner, admin, developer and viewer roles, plus an audit log of who did what.

Do the maths

What is per-app pricing costing you?

Put in your own numbers. The more you run, the more a server you own makes sense.

8Count each web app, worker, database and cache you pay for separately.
$ / monthUse the number from your own bill. Many platforms charge per running service.
$ / monthOne VPS with a few GB of memory runs several small apps. Add servers as you grow.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do you host my application?

No. Your application runs on a server you own or rent. DeployCode is the software that deploys to it and looks after it. You keep full control of the machine, the data and the bill from your hosting provider.

Which servers work?

Any Linux VPS or dedicated server where you have root or sudo access: Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Linode, Vultr, AWS EC2 or Lightsail, OVH, or a machine in your office. If it runs Docker, it works.

What do I have to install?

One small agent, with a single command. It connects out to DeployCode over an encrypted channel, so you do not open any extra ports and you do not have to hand over an SSH key.

What can it deploy?

Node.js, Next.js, Ruby on Rails, Django, FastAPI, Flask and static sites are recognised automatically. Anything else deploys from your own Dockerfile or Compose file.

Does my source code go through your servers?

No. The code is downloaded, scanned and built on your own server. DeployCode reads a handful of files through GitHub to work out what your app needs, and nothing more.
