Connect. Analyze. Confirm. Deploy.
Five steps the first time. After that a new version is one click, and the tenth app is as easy as the first.
Connect your server
Create an account and add a server. DeployCode gives you one command to run on it. That installs a small agent which connects out to us over an encrypted channel, so there are no ports to open and no SSH key to hand over. Prefer not to touch the terminal? Give us SSH access once and we install it for you.
curl -fsSL https://app.deploycode.tech/agent/v1/install.sh | sudo sh -s -- --token <one-time token>
Connect GitHub
Authorize the GitHub App and pick the repositories to share, private or public. Access is read-only, limited to code and metadata, and you can change or revoke it from GitHub at any time.
Review the plan
We read the repository and propose a deployment: the framework and version we found, the services that will run, the database and cache it needs, the port, the health check and the environment variables your code refers to. Edit what you like. Add your secrets. Nothing happens on your server until you approve.
Deploy
On your server, the code is fetched, scanned for security problems, built in a sandbox and started. You follow every step and every log line live. The release only goes live after its health check passes; if it does not, the previous version is restored.
Add your domain
Enter the domain and we show the DNS record to create. Once it points at your server the certificate is issued automatically, and renewed before it expires.
What actually runs where.
Two pieces: our control plane, and a small agent on your server. Your application and its data only ever live on your side.
On DeployCode
Your account, the deployment plans and history, encrypted settings, monitoring results and the audit log. It decides what should happen and tells the agent.
On your server
The agent, Docker, a reverse proxy, your containers, your database and your source code. Builds and security scans run here, so your code is never uploaded to us.
See it on your own server.
