Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ritvexa Innovations Private Limited ("we") for the use of DeployCode.
The service
DeployCode is software that deploys and manages applications on servers you provide. We do not provide hosting. You are responsible for your servers, their cost, their security updates and the applications and data on them.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for what members of your organization do.
Acceptable use
Do not use DeployCode to break the law, to attack or probe systems you do not own, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the service for others.
Your content
Your code, data and configuration remain yours. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the service for you.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Availability
We work to keep DeployCode available, but it is provided "as is". Because your applications run on your own servers, they continue to run if DeployCode is unavailable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
