DeployCode is operated by Ritvexa Innovations Private Limited ("we"). This page explains what we collect when you use DeployCode and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password.
- Organization data: the servers, applications, deployment plans, domains and settings you create.
- Credentials you give us: environment variables, and SSH keys if you choose SSH setup. These are stored encrypted.
- Operational data: deployment logs, server metrics reported by the agent, uptime checks and an audit log of actions in your organization.
- Technical data: IP address and browser details when you sign in, kept for security.
What we do not collect
- Your application source code is fetched and built on your own server. We read a limited set of files through GitHub to analyze a repository and do not store the repository.
- We do not have access to the data inside your databases or to your applications' traffic.
- This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To provide the service, keep it secure, respond to your requests and, where you have a paid plan, to bill you. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and operate DeployCode on our behalf, and GitHub when you connect an account. We disclose data when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting
We keep data while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your organization's data, except records we must keep by law.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to hello@ritvexa.com.
